EduTrust enables schools to differentiate themselves as of a higher quality by achieving certification awards that correspond to their standards in these key areas of management and student services.

SAA Global Education attained its EduTrust Certification in 2010. (Certificate Number: EDU-2-2025)
Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)
The Committee for Private Education (CPE) requires course fees paid by students to be protected. SAA-GE has in place an insurance scheme to protect the paid fees of all students. This insurance serves to protect the students’ fees in the event that the School is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. In addition, this insurance protects the students if the School fails to pay penalties or return fees to the students arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
SAA-GE has appointed Lonpac Insurance Bhd, a CPE-appointed service provider, as our FPS insurance provider. Under the FPS insurance scheme, students’ fees are insured by Lonpac Insurance Bhd. In case of events, as stated above, students will be able to claim their paid fees from Lonpac Insurance Bhd.
The insurance coverage shall commence from the date of the payment of the fees and it will cover the whole duration of the course. Students will receive a Certificate of Insurance (COI) via email from Lonpac Insurance Bhd upon payment of course fees. More details of the FPS can also be found on CPE’s website at https://www.ssg.gov.sg/cpe/for-peis/protection-of-course-fees.html
SAA Global Education will enter into a standard PEI-Student Contract with our students. The contract lays out the important terms and conditions governing the relationship between the student and the Academy. We will honour all terms and conditions spelt out in the contract and in all communication materials. A copy of the standard student contract (for inspection & viewing purposes) can be found on the CPE website www.cpe.gov.sg.
