Frankie holds the degree of Master of Business Administration; Nottingham Trent University (UK), 2005; Advanced Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management (Ireland) and a Full Technological Certificate (C&G; UK ). In 2018, he achieved ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) accredited in accordance with Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System.
Frankie has many years of industrial experiences, serving matrices of business/hospitality/tourism establishment comprising government, corporation, academic institutions and entrepreneurship. He has managed hands-on tasks of marketing & research, finance & investment, engineering & project, quality & process, management & consultancy, social enterprises and hospitality & events, including Miss Universe 1987 (held in Singapore). Congruence with his keen interest to teach, learn & develop, he undertakes independent global-tourism, sporting & recreational programmes and community activities to keep abreast with trends and innovations in the marketplace. During the recent decade; he lectures full time with private and public institutions at home (Singapore) and abroad (China: Beijing, Guangzhou/ Vietnam: HoChiMinhCity, Hanoi/ Mongolia, Ulan Bator).
Frankie is an adjunct lecturer with SAA Global Education, Singapore wef April 2019. He has been a Training and Learning practitioner since 1977; which include 6 years as Instructor and Course Developer in Singapore Telecommunications Academy ( a development project of United Nation) and a training executive with Rollei Singapore. Upon completion of MBA in 2005, he teaches full-time at academic institutions; leading subjects across multi-disciplines of business and hospitality for youth and working adult pursuing certificate, diploma and degree award. Frankie is earnest to contribute optimally towards the smooth conduct of study and motivating students towards excellence.
