Frankie holds the degree of Master of Business Administration; Nottingham Trent University (UK), 2005. He also holds a Full Technological Certificate in Electronics and Telecommunications from City & Guild of London Institute (UK), 1973. In 2018, he attains ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) accredited in accordance with Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System.
Frankie has many years of industrial engagement with matrices of business/hospitality organizations comprising government, corporation, academic institutions and private enterprises. He has led hands-on tasks of finance & investment, engineering & project, quality & process, marketing & research, management & consultancy, social enterprises and hospitality. Complementing his keen interest to teach, learn & develop, he undertakes independent global-travel, sporting & recreational interests and community activities to keep abreast with trends and concerns in the marketplace. During the recent decade; he teaches full time with institutions at home (Singapore) and abroad.
Frankie is a Training and Learning practitioner since 1977; which include 6 years as Instructor and Course Developer in Singapore Telecommunications Academy and Rollei Singapore. Upon completion of MBA in 2005, he is engaged as full-time lecturer with academic institutions in Singapore, Vietnam (HCMC, Hanoi), China (Guangzhou, Beijing) and Mongolia (Ulan Bator). He has conducted subjects across multi-disciplines of business and hospitality for youth and working adult pursuing certificate, diploma and degree award. Frankie is earnest to contribute optimally towards the smooth conduct of study and motivating excellence of students.
