About Mohamed Nageb Bin Mohamed Rafiq

Mr. Nageb is currently lecturing for SAA-GE in ACCA for the module, ‘Accountant in Business’.
Mr Nageb started his career in the banking industry assisting the sub-manager in strategic and operational issues. Later he moved into education. After a brief period of lecturing Nageb was promoted to Head of Business Studies managing about 30 faculty members and 2000 students. As Head, he introduced many new programmes that were required by the industry. He was heavily involved in the running of the department and co-ordinated extensively with top management in implementing strategic directions. Later Mr Nageb was promoted as Director. In this strategic position Mr Nageb crafted new directions for the organisation to move forward, taking his organisation to China, India, Indonesia, Cambodia and Malaysia. Mr Nageb has extensive business experience which enables him to share his business experience with students and to develop budding leaders.
He also lectures the University of London, B.Sc programme, since 1991 including other Universities such as Southern Cross University and University of Bradford. Apart from these Mr Nageb lectures at the Masters level. He has been appointed an examiner and marker. Mr. Nageb is a Mentor/Supervisor for the Oxford Brookes University (OBU) programme. Hitherto he has achieved over 10 first class honours. His pass rate for the OBU thesis has been over 80%, consistently.
Mr Nageb studied in the UK and is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Mr Nageb also holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde, UK.
