How to navigate quickly around in the Changi Airport?
Explore with our English teacher, Mr Fredrick to learn quick pointers in our Yang Ren Shuo EP 3.
Good morning, good afternoon and good evening. This is Fredrick Cabanes the Head English Teacher here at SAA Global Malvern House in Singapore.
Many of my students when they first arrive to Singapore, they’re a little bit overwhelmed because they arrive at the Changi Airport. Which is one of the top airports and the largest airports in the world. So, I thought I’ll give you a quick pointer how to navigate the airport so you can safely and quickly exit the airport.
You’ll most likely start at Terminal Gates D and you’ll travel the concourse until you reach the escalators. You’ll go down the escalators to the Arrival Hall. At the Arrival Hall, you’ll see many queues and many gates. There are some gates that are just for ASEAN passport holders, there are some gates for international travellers, and some gates that are for Permanent Residents and Employment Pass Holders here at Singapore.
Once you cross these gates, you’ll then be able to pick up your luggage at the grounds and then exit. Once you exit, you’ll be able to find the taxi queue, so you can head into the city. I hope this brief but helpful guide, will get you safely to your home. See you in the next lesson.
